Day 111: creating new habits

The son and I are working together to create some new habits. He has decided to keep his room clean and I am going to exercise (yoga, walk, or run). Every day for 30 days.

We will keep each other accountable and at the end there will be a reward. And hopefully the habits will stick. Today is day two. So far so good.
