Day 113: when I’m feeling low…


When I’m feeling low, I tell myself I’ll give it a full year and then see how I feel. That should be enough time, right? I won’t miss the wine and feel pissed off about it after a year. Right?

And in the meantime I’ll do yoga, practice mindfulness, bake cupcakes, and hide in the tub.

It helps to be grateful. And I am grateful for things. Even when I’m mad about other things. So today I am grateful for…
