Day 128: be kind to yourself


Today I did these things for myself:

said no thanks to an after dinner outing

took a relaxing bath

did a guided meditation

listened to the Bubble Hour

ate a cupcake

Writing this list makes me feel a bit spoiled. And to be honest, a little guilty. Notice there was no exercise or healthy eating on the list. But I did make a dentist appointment. 😋
