Day 253: good reminders

It’s not about how much you drink. It’s about how important it is to you.  And how much you suffer afterwards, mentally, physically, emotionally.

If you think alcohol might be a problem for you, it most likely is.  You don’t have to want to quit. You only have to want to feel better.

It is possible to break the cycle.
