Day 254: ripple effect

Once upon a time, a Canadian woman living in Paris decided to take a break from the booze. On her journey to sobriety, she began to share her stories with others who were seeking the same path.

As a result of this, she became a mentor, a sober coach, to hundreds and later, thousands of people.

As a result of this, a man with a talent for filmmaking, got sober himself.

As a result of this, he created a short piece on addiction and suicide, which enabled him to share his inspiration with thousands of high school students, and surely save lives.

As a result of this, a woman in Minnesota was awestruck and felt motivated to continue on her own sober journey. She began to realize her actions were causing ripples as well. And those ripples contain almost limitless possibilities.

Happy Sober Thursday,
