Day 70: Today’s practice of “dealing with frustration”

Step 1. Remove self from situation.

Step 2. Breathe. Slowly and deeply.

Step 3. Write in blog.

Step 4. Remember that tomorrow will likely be a better day.

Step 5. Seek gratitude.

 

24-hour Gratitude

1. the son’s enthusiasm and willingness to put himself out there and try new experiences (auditioning for a play)

2. The Naked Mind by Annie Grace (two chapters in and so far great)

3. looking forward to a break from work next week
