My sleep has gotten a lot better. No more boozy 3am insomnia. I wake up and feel surprised that I’ve slept 8 hours.
My gut is in better shape. No more toxic bloating. I can take ibuprofen without worrying about my liver.
My work life is better. No more struggling to get there on time. No more worries that the wine from the night before is oozing out of my pores.
My conscience is clear. No more wondering what I might have said or did. No more pretending that I remember things I don’t.
My energy and motivation are still low, but I’m getting over the flu, so I think that’s to be expected.
All in all, so far so good.
